This year I celebrate 20 years of living in the most beautiful city of Romania, Brasov. I have a beautiful family and rewarding career of 15 years in Marketing (www.cmdmarketing.ro)

Few weeks ago, looking for a place to establish my new business of wooden-crafted toys production, I found a property with a special story and facilities.

Without previous touristic experience, I decided to take the chance and bring back joy and hope to a property in a sad situation.

What is the exact location of Transylvania Wellness Villa?

The villa is located on a quiet street of the village, just 5 min walking from bus stop. Prejmer is an incredible village, with Saxon, Romanian and Hungarian people, who live peacefully for centuries. Has very good management and infrastructure, just 15 km away from Brasov.

What is the legal contract for this investment?

For your investment, you will receive a clear and comprehensive contract for donation, noting the number of days and benefits. According to Romanian and UE legislation.

If I will not be satisfied with my firts staying, can I get my money back?

Sure, If not pleased of your first stay, Natura Hub will refund all your investment.

What if will not be enough investors to start the project?

At this moment we already have 35% of needed investments. In case we will not be able to open the villa with facilities, we will completely refund the donations to investors.

We can accept subscriptions until 30.05.2018 and open the villa in August.
